Job Description:
Flexiforce – A Hartley People Company are seeking a number of experienced cleaning and catering operatives in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client’s premises to a very high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining various areas of the premises such as corridors, kitchens, toilets etc.
- Performing manual handling tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Food Handling/ Preparations
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and effective manner
- Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning operative role
- Previous manual handling and health and safety training – preferable
- Hepatitis B immunisation – essential
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- THIS ROLE IS SUBJECT TO APPROVED GARDA VETTING DISCLOSURE.
This role is on an ad hoc basis and the working hours may vary according to company requirements. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings if required.
