Flexiforce – A Hartley People Company are looking for a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our clients at a food production site in Kilmacthomas , Co.Waterford.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining various areas of the facility, including but not limiting to floors, under machinery.
- Cleaning canteen, office space and bathrooms.
- Meet regulatory health and safety standards for food production.
- Strong emphasis on maintaining floor cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
- No weekends
- Length of assignment: ongoing
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning, especially in an industrial or food production setting, is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, sweeping, cleaning toilets, and working in confined spaces (e.g., under machinery).
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food production, especially related to maintaining hygiene in shared spaces like changing rooms and restrooms.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining hygiene standards across the facility.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
