Kelley Rothwell

Kelley works as a Senior Talent Specialist & Compliance Coordinator with Flexiforce. An experienced professional with a diverse background spanning talent management, education, hospitality and the creative sector, Kelley’s career has developed a strong foundation in communication, relationship management, leadership and people-focused service.

Following eight years in the hospitality industry, including managerial roles in Cork and Waterford, Kelley transitioned into education, where she worked as a teacher supporting student development and creating engaging learning environments. She holds a Professional Master of Education in Art from University College Cork, having previously completed her studies in Fine Art at Crawford College of Art & Design.

Kelley now brings her diverse experience to her role as Talent Specialist and Compliance Coordinator at Flexiforce, where she specialises in candidate engagement, recruitment coordination and compliance. She is passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities and takes a professional, proactive and people-centred approach to recruitment.
