Fergal Hartley

Fergal describes his main role as supporting a great team of people who strive to achieve the company’s goals, mission, and vision. His role is simply to support these activities in any way he can! Before founding Hartley People and becoming a prominent figure in the world of Recruitment, HR and Training he worked in manufacturing, and completed a Business Studies Degree at the University of Limerick.

Hurling, reading, exercise and socialising are top of Fergal’s list of things to do outside of the office. He loves nothing more than going for a coffee to read and plan.

He describes his perfect day as going out for breakfast, followed by coffee and the gym, then heading to watch a great hurling match, finished off with a few drinks with friends, and then to bed early!

Fergal lives in Waterford with his wife Fiona and 3 children, Lauren, Aoife and Mark.
