Ashling Durand

Ashling started her journey with the company in reception, quickly becoming the go-to person for all things office-related; a role she still proudly holds today. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to grow and develop within the business, working her way up to Team Lead with Flexiforce.

Having worked across different areas of the business, Ashling is always happy to help with queries, solve problems and point people in the right direction. She enjoys being someone colleagues can rely on and takes pride in supporting both the team and the wider business.

Outside of work, Ashling enjoys spending time with her young family. They love getting outdoors and, whenever they can, exploring as many beaches as possible, there’s always another one to discover!
