About the Role
Flexiforce, a Hartley People Company, is currently recruiting for a number of Clerical Officer’s, (Grade III) on behalf of our client based in County Waterford
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to join a busy and professional environment on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Manage general office tasks including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to queries and providing information in a professional manner.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and other IT systems to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
- Draft correspondence, prepare documentation, and assist with general office coordination.
- Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required by management.
Key Requirements
- Proven administrative and IT skills – essential.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar clerical or administrative role is desirable.
