Flexiforce will source and employ the staff but they will also be managed on your premises by the Flexiforce in-house Supervisor. We provide full 360 management of people on your site, working to your KPIs and operational procedures.

An organisation will outsource all or part of their delivery process or function to Flexiforce, who will manage this business function remotely on behalf of the client.
RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
Flexiforce will typically manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, with optional client input at the end, while all employees are employed by Flexiforce.

Flexiforce will source, select, onboard, train, and employ staff and fully manage the outsourced service delivery on behalf of your organisation.
Flexiforce will also supervise and manage the performance of the service delivery team to meet KPIs within the business to agreed SLA levels (Service Level Agreements).
The Service is typically delivered on your presmises, but can be delivered remotely. The workers are not classed as ‘agency workers’. Flexiforce is responsible for the full management of the service.
