Hartley People Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client, a leading company in the Food Production sector to recruit an experienced and motivated professional for a Trainee Evaporator role in Kildare.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training on the operation and adjustment of evaporation and supply equipment.
- Deliver training on maintaining operations data, including time, production units, and quality information.
- Guide the planning and establishment of work schedules, assignments, and production.
- Report non-conformances and actions taken to the technical team.
- Notify the Engineering Department of any machine-related issues.
- Monitor productivity and performance in the packing department to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure high levels of quality and workmanship, meeting all training requirements for the role.
- Maintain a clean and organised working area.
Essential Competencies:
- Experience in understanding and using computerised controls (preferred).
- Knowledge of pumps and control valves (preferred).
- Experience handling chemicals and hot liquids (preferred).
- Familiarity with cleaning-in-place (CIP) systems for food production equipment (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Proven ability to provide guidance and motivation to others.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
