Salesforce Administrator

Flexiforce, A Hartley People Company are recruiting a Salesforce Administrator for an ongoing temporary contract based in Waterford. This is a part time position with 10-15 hours work. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish new user accounts, disable accounts for departed users, and oversee user access permissions. 
  • Resolve user issues. 
  • Regularly performing data backups to safeguard against data loss resulting from user errors.
  • Maintain system documentation and update it as needed.
  • Generate reports and dashboards. 
  • Offer ad-hoc training sessions for users when necessary.
  • Plan for upcoming Salesforce releases and software upgrades.
  • Work with management to set objectives and KPI’s. 

Key Requirements: 

  • QQI Level 5 Qualification- essential. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced office setting, demonstrating proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 
  • Ability to seek solutions to problems by consulting user guides and support websites
  • Well-organised and capable of managing routine tasks, including regular data reviews and backups.
