Flexiforce A Hartley People Company – are seeking a Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter or commercial professional with strong relationship-building skills who enjoys autonomy, ownership and achieving results.

Who are we looking for?
We want to meet someone who brings energy, experience and a client-orientated approach. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong client and candidate relationship skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and a consultative mindset
- Drive, initiative and resilience in a target-driven environment
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude
A relevant qualification is welcome, but hands-on experience and the right approach speak volumes.
