Flexiforce, A Hartley People Company are working with our successful client to fill the position of a temporary 3 month contract (with possibility to extend) for General Operatives. This role is based in Bunclody, Co. Wexford.
The Role:
- Hours of work are Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm.
- The job involves working collaboratively as part of a team on a production line, specifically focusing on tasks such as filling product into containers.
- Packing product into boxes and ensuring a high standard of work is imperative.
- Cleaning the work site: as a general operative, you keep the job site clean to minimise accidents. You clear out excess materials and remove dangerous chemicals from the site.
- There is a requirement for strict safety and cleaning guidelines to be followed.
The Person:
- Maintaining good housekeeping and adhering to safety standards is essential.
- Willingness to follow work instructions is important for carrying out tasks effectively.
- Being competent and capable of completing tasks safely is a requirement.
- Demonstrating an ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures is expected.
- Being a team player and working well with colleagues is important.
- Full training will be provided to ensure proficiency in job responsibilities.
