Flexiforce– a Hartley People company, are working in partnership with their client Virgin Media to recruit multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team in their Limerick Contact Centre. These positions vary across multiple departments.
Please note that this is not a fully remote position.

The Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to resolve issues and minimise disruptions.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to team performance through weekly meetings.
- Handle cancellation, sales, and house move requests.
- Meet weekly targets and positively contribute to team dynamics.
The Person:
- Previous retail and customer service experience
- Excellent communicator who cares about quality and enjoys getting to the heart of the matter.
- Excels in working as part of a team, and independently.
- Resilient
- IT proficiency (essential).
Further Information:
- Hours of work: 9am to 5:30pm (mostly)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with one Saturday required per month.
- Base salary: €26,000 +
- Training: fully onsite for 12 weeks for all successful candidates.
