Clerical Officer – Limerick City

Flexiforce, A Hartley People Company are recruiting a Full-Time Clerical Officer for an ongoing temporary contract based in Limerick City. This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate who has experience in a similar role and is based in Limerick.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Availability : 35 hours over 5 days
  • Provide administrative assistance to accounts, registrations and general office administration.
  • Updating the database including GDPR and other regulatory compliance.
  • Administrative support for registration, certification and attendance monitoring.
  • Management of finances including expenditures, purchases, financial systems, procurement.
  • Meeting scheduling and minute keeping/reporting.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Adhoc duties

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrator role
  • Accounts, procurement experience
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication – both written and oral
  • Garda Vetting will be required for this position
