Flexiforce, A Hartley People Company are recruiting a Clerical Officer for our client based in Naas, Kildare. This is a temporary contract for 12 months. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience will be working part of the Procurement Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address information requests and enquiries via telephone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Perform general administrative duties using software systems.
  • Approach and execute all tasks in a thorough and organised manner, handling various types of information effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer service, while prioritising work and meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Garda Vetting will be required.
