Admin/receptionist

Flexiforce, A Hartley People Company are recruiting a Part Time Administrative customer service assistant for our client based in Waterford. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2 to 3 days work and must be available Monday and Friday.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of various administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and on occasion in-person interactions.
  • Log tickets and queries for service users on database.
  • Provide administrative support to department heads such as accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
